Short-Term Program
If you are separating from the service, a civilian, not eligible for Tuition Assistance an individual may take our short-term training program. These programs do not include the ability to purchase a computer. You will have an out of pocket cost for the tool kit of $200.00. These classes are offered on an availability of class. ** Must have successfully completed the Basic Fiber Optics program or have a certificate of completion from the Fiber Optics Association, Certified Fiber Optics Technician.
*** Must have certification from the Fiber Optics Association as a Certified Fiber Optics Technician and Certified Advanced Fiber Optics Technician.
